If there is one piece of advice I can give for beginning the Daniel Fast, it's to PLAN! Hopefully you will find some good resources here. If not, don't be afraid to google! That's how I've found most, if not all, of my resources. Here is one that I LOVE!
I get Whole Food Market emails and I love that they send recipes in each newsletter. I just got their January email and was thrilled to see that they've included some menu plans for eating plant based foods. In this email they have also partnered with the Engine2Diet. This is also a great reasource for The Daniel Fast. Keep in mind though that both of these do include some foods not allowed on the Fast but you can mix and match and they are great resources.
